Alessandro Civera is a manager with more than 20 years of experience in international groups in different industrial sectors, cement, chemicals and chemical fibers.
He has a consistent experience abroad and in the management of international teams.

Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from University of Torino, he received his MBA from Bocconi University in Milano.

After diversified experiences in chemical and chemical fiber sectors, he joined Italcementi Group in 2005, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad.

He joined Cementir Group in 2016 as Managing Director and CEO of the Egyptian subsidiary Sinai White Portland Cement Company, leading a successful turnaround bringing the company to compete on European and international markets. Since 2020 he has been appointed Head of the North American Region.

Cesar Zapata is an HR leader with over 19 years management experience. In total he has worked 14 years in manufacturing and 13 years in the military, as a Captain.  
Graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Psychology, has an MBA from Monterey State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Abilene University. 
As an HR professional, Cesar has worked in both the United States and as an expatriate in Tokyo Japan. Within Human Resources he held positions in Talent Management, Human Resources Development, Labor Relations, Employee Relations and Global Human Resources. 
He joined Lehigh White Cement in 2021 as the VP of Human Resources. 

Vedat Ozer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey and an MBA from Pittsburgh State University in Pittsburg, KS, USA.
Vedat Ozer has 18 years’ experience in finance and audit. He started his career as an auditor in Eczacasibasi Group and then in Kimberly Clark as senior auditor. He joined Cementir Holding in 2008 and has held positions of increasing responsibilities, with the positions of audit manager, accounting manager, deputy CFO, finance integration director and finally CFO, North America.
Vedat Ozer is responsible for all Finance-related activities, accounting, treasury, reporting, planning, budget, and cost in North America Region.  

Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University William Miller entered the cement industry in Detroit, Michigan as a Sales Representative for St Marys Cement.  

In 1994 he was promoted to his first Management position and relocated with St Marys (Blue Circle Cement) to Missouri.  As a District Sales Manager he was responsible for logistics and sales management over 4 states in the Central US.

Entering the Ready-Mix Concrete industry for seven years gave him a different perspective of the heavy construction industry.  William gained G.M. experience providing ready mixed concrete to state and local DOT’s and the knowledge of running a business from start to end.

He then returned to the cement industry with Lehigh White Cement Co. in 2006 as Southeast Regional Manager based in Tampa, Florida.  This position involved direct sales to National Accounts, terminal operations, Sales Administration management along with Logistics control.  William is very involved with many industry related trade associations and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavers). 
 
With over 30 years in the industry, the combined experiences and driven style with strong sales and industry expertise, have led to his current position as Vice President handling strategic tasks involving new product innovation, growth and expansion projects along with managing the Sales and Administration for the US and Canada.  
 

John Murphy brings over 26 years of cement industry experience to the Lehigh White Cement Team.  His experience includes both domestic and international assignments.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa.
After graduation, John began his career in the cement industry and spent 7 years as a commissioning engineer with F.L. Smidth before moving into various plant management roles with Lafarge, Florida Rock Industries, Vulcan Materials Company, and Argos USA.  
John joined the Lehigh White team in September 2019 as the Plant Manager for the York Plant.
