This contemporary interpretation of a traditional urban design is successful because the quality of the detailing brings to life the simple yet dignified design of the façade. The subtle coloration change of the building’s base compared to its shaft further establishes the high degree of control during the fabrication process. The quality of the fabrication of the cylinder and dome elements shows a heightened sense of pride for the project.
