Oklahoma Memorial Stadium - Norman, OK
This project is an elegant blend of structural and precast concrete elements that establish a framework for the stadium functions and its brick façade expression. The design is most notable for the way that precast elements allow what is a very large structure to have a humane scale throughout its overall expression and its finer details. All precast elements are well proportioned, including a memorial obelisk. The building has a bold scale and presence, embodying the nature of its function as a large sports complex.
